PHI MU CONTENT
As the Director of Recruitment Communications, I created a series of videos required for formal sorority recruitment at LSU, including an introductory "ice water" video, a philanthropy round video and a philanthropy interactive presentation. This project required me to create a large amount of content during the summer and collaborate with our social team, Director of Recruitment and alumna Recruitment Advisor.
PHI MU ICE WATER VIDEO 2022
Since 2020, potential new members (the girls rushing) watch a video from each sorority to decide which houses they would like to keep or release for the first round of recruitment, the ice water round. This video challenged me to produce a piece that would communicate my sorority's values to over 1300 viewers who may have no other prior knowledge about our brand.

Parts of this video were filmed by me, including the interviews and some of the other clips. However, most of the video consisted of content I had to collect from the chapter, meaning I learned important file organization skills from this project.
PHI MU PHILANTHROPY VIDEO 2022
During the philanthropy round of recruitment, girls are invited to watch a video explaining the chapter's cause, the events they host to raise money for it and what it means to them. Phi Mu's philanthropy is Children's Miracle Network. Specifically, Phi Mu at LSU fundraises for Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital, right here in Baton Rouge.

I came up with the coloring book idea because it tied into our focus on helping the kids at the hospital have memorable, fun experiences that help them feel like "normal" kids. I had to push the limits of what I knew about Adobe After Effects to execute it. Many clips in this video were filmed by me, and it was edited and produced by me.
PHI MU SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
During recruitment, I collaborated with Phi Mu's social media team to ensure we had consistent branding and messaging. I filmed and edited TikToks/Reels during our workshop week and adapted our recruitment party videos (above) into shorter, 1080 X 1920 versions for socials. I also assisted the photography team with editing and graphic design.
